Kids Crossfit
Kids CrossFit is a whole lot of fun for the kids, 6 years and over. Within a 45 minute class the kids will learn lots of skills and fitness attributes such as coordination, balance, endurance, strength and stability that is important for while they are growing. They will learn gymnastic skills such as Rope Climbs, Pull-ups, Toes to Bar, Handstands and correct movement patterns in all functional movements. Our coaches ensure that the kids are in a safe environment when learning these skills. The kids will be involved in workouts to gain strength and conditioning, perfect for kids involved in other sports or to keep fit and healthy.
