Crossfit

At CrossFit 4720, we follow a structured 8-12 week cycle focused on strength and conditioning. Each cycle has different goals and focus points aiming to improve, weightlifting and olympic lifts, gymnastics and cardio. A CrossFit session consists of a strength piece and conditioning workout that involves functional and monostructural movements. CrossFit is for anyone, of all fitness abilities. Our coaches will modify and adapt all workouts and movements to suit your fitness level.

Bootcamp

Our bootcamp program is a 45 minute class that works on improving overall fitness and full body toning. Each day has a different focus. Monday we focus on lower body and core exercises. Tuesday and Friday is a HIIT/mix of everything. Wednesday is accessories, focusing on the smaller muscle groups. Thursday is endurance, aiming to build your cardiovascular system and engine. Bootcamp is suitable for all ages, including teenagers.

Kids Crossfit

Kids CrossFit is a whole lot of fun for the kids, 6 years and over. Within a 45 minute class the kids will learn lots of skills and fitness attributes such as coordination, balance, endurance, strength and stability that is important for while they are growing. They will learn gymnastic skills such as Rope Climbs, Pull-ups, Toes to Bar, Handstands and correct movement patterns in all functional movements. Our coaches ensure that the kids are in a safe environment when learning these skills. The kids will be involved in workouts to gain strength and conditioning, perfect for kids involved in other sports or to keep fit and healthy.

Fit 50's

Fit 50s is our over-50s group class! Staying active offers a wealth of health benefits, including improved mobility, strength, balance and coordination. As we age, maintaining strong bone and cardiovascular health becomes crucial for preserving independence and ensuring a high quality of life. Fit 50’s consists of functional movements at a low intensity to support everyday living and longevity.

Tiny Fit

Tiny Fit is our 2-4-year-old program aimed at developing gross motor skills through fun activities that are beneficial for development. Gross motor activities are important for everyday physical activities like walking, running, throwing, lifting, kicking, etc. and will benefit body awareness, reaction speed, balance and strength. Tiny Fit is a 30-minute class for toddlers aged between 2-4yrs with parent involvement.
