What to Expect?

We offer one-on-one coaching services with coach Briannah, a qualified Exercise and Sports Scientist. Briannah offers a range of services, such as Strength and conditioning, return to sport, injury prevention, and athlete development. As an Exercise Scientist, our work is supported by high-quality scientific research and has been proven to be effective through studies.

Initial Assessment & Consultation

Upon initial consultation, our goal is to fully understand your health and physical activity history and fitness goals to provide you with a tailored plan to achieve them. An initial assessment that aligns with your specific goals will take place to create your personalised training plan.

Personalised Plan

Once we have an understanding of your goals and have data from your initial assessment, we will create and deliver a personalised plan to suit your fitness ability and goals through evidence-based interventions and scientific research. You will continue to be supported throughout your sessions, and modifications can and will be made to your personalised plan to accommodate your needs and goals.
